My son wanted a new basketball jersey and found Owayo's website. He designed the jersey himself, and I helped him with the order. We struggled to figure out if the jersey we ordered was a men's or women's model, and which size would best fit him. Once the order was placed, it stated that we had to confirm it was okay as soon as Owayo contacted us. (There were also many additional costs, so the final amount for one jersey came to approx. 1200 Norwegian kroner). The next day, I received an email stating that our order had been reviewed and was in order. Since we had previously been told to confirm this, I sent an email back, simultaneously asking about the model and what size they thought might fit my son based on the measurements I provided. The day after, I received a reply that the order had already been forwarded to production, and therefore they did not feel they could answer my questions. The order stated that the jersey would not be produced and shipped until the end of the month, so I don't quite understand why they couldn't help me with this.
