The current delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks. All orders submitted, approved, and released today will be planned for shipment on 31.03.2010. Delivery is then 2-3 business days for an address within the EU (3-5 for Switzerland and Norway).
Deliveries to Ireland may also take 3-5 business days.

Faster delivery may also be available upon request; these are subject to surcharges and depend upon production capabilities.Delivery time is calculated from the day order is released/approved until its shipment. Please note that once you submit an order, there is usually about 1 full business day needed to set it up and send back for review and approval. We can give you an accurate shipment and delivery date only after your official release/approval of the order.
Typical delivery times can fluctuate between 2 to 4 weeks. Therefore it is best to ask before hand when the last possible release date is for your order to make your delivery deadline.A delay may occur for all orders that do not have a fixed shipment day. Such orders can be delayed up to a maximum of 3 business days. Customers will be informed about such delays.An order may be 'fixed' for an agreed shipping date for an additional 5%. This will then guarantee completion and shipment on a given date. For our Express-Service, this cost is already included. Fixed delivery is available upon explicit request; this is not assumed under a standard order.
Should we not be able to meet a fixed delivery date, will we refund 5% for each item not delivered as well as an additional 25% price reduction (per unit/item that did not meet date).You need your order in less than 2-3 weeks? Than utilise our Express-Service! This service is only available upon request as our production capacities are limited. A surcharge of 15%-50% may apply depending on current delivery times.
