We went to great lengths to ensure that the shirt was ready on time, and were able to hand the item over to our logistics partner in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the delivery service did not deliver on the promised date. This is a rare occurrence and we are investigating with the courier as to why the delivery was delayed. In this way, we will try to avoid such problems in the future. We will of course reimburse you for the extra cost of express production and priority delivery.
